How does the download work?
PowerPoint templates
All our
templates from the shop are made available to you via direct download.
Shortly
after you have placed your order we will automatically send an email confirming
the order and it will also include a link to your download page. It will be
possible for you to directly download the files / templates.
Software
When you
purchase software you will receive after placing the order an email with a
licence key and if necessary installation instructions.
Please take
note: In most of the test versions the full version is
already included.
It is only necessary to activate it with the provided licence
key.
Download Guarantee
In the case that
the download has a malfunction, a file or template is damaged or has been
accidentally deleted we can on request provide a copy which is sent via email.
Licence keys for your software can also be provided at any time on request.
With these
procedures we safeguard that all purchased PowerPoint templates and software
can be made available on short notice.
