The documents should be in rich text format to assure that all graphics, pictures, diagrams and flowing transitions are displayed properly. The developers of the Blackberry came up with another specialty, the BlackBerry Presenter. With the presenter carrying around notebooks will be needless. The additional available presenting module will be attached to any monitor or projector and displays the over bluetooth received data. The presenter saves you the load of presentation package, electricity and nerves.
The best compatibility to the Office Suite has the Windows Phone. The version Microsoft Office Mobile was especially developed for this smart phone and contains components like Excel Mobile, Word Mobile and PowerPoint Mobile. Unfortunately the mobile PowerPoint version doesn’t let you edit current or create new presentations. The presentations can only be viewed and checked once more. But a further update of the windows version is expected soon.
