But before you put your feet up and relax, remember that a presentation isn\u2019t over until the audience has left the building and the last chair has been put away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take time after your presentation to interact and network with the audience. And don\u2019t forget an organized and thorough cleanup!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure you have the contact details of the audience members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have business cards and handouts ready.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure you have an area where you can stay and converse after the presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don\u2019t forget to say goodbye and thank people for coming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All\u2019s well that ends well:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remove files from any device belonging to the venue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remember to pack up all your personal equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close windows and don\u2019t forget to lock all doors when you leave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate cleanup and garbage disposal responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure the room is left in its original state.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify the premises if you are running late.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And there you have it: a perfectly organized presentation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The great thing about our checklists is they are adaptable and can be used for any future presentations.
