Now it\u2019s time to take care of the finishing touches and revisit a couple of important details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arrive early<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure you have the equipment you need<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check that you have enough lighting and that background noise is to a minimum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double-check that there\u2019s enough seating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize refreshments for your audience, if provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure there is somewhere for you to prepare beforehand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan a dry run of your presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Internet is needed, check the connection and login information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure any links in your presentation are working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit your presentation if you have a set time frame<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is an MC, meet with him\/her before the presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warm-up your voice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay hydrated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn off or set your phone to airplane modeYou\u2019re good to go!
