Optimize your marketing strategy with helpful explanations and graphics on the SOSTAC model.
Six Basic Elements of SOSTAC
The SOSTAC method, developed by PR Smith in the 1990s, is used to create marketing strategies and campaigns. The term SOSTAC stands for each step of the process: Situation, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Actions and Controlling.
First, the company needs to assess its current situation and set objectives. Next, a set of tactics need to be developed to reach said objectives. Finally, the necessary actions must be defined and assigned. The entire process should be monitored and controlled.
Our template allows marketing managers to convey the SOSTAC method in an effective way. This set contains explanations and appealing charts and graphs for each step, including analytical and marketing tools such as SWOT Analysis, Porter's Five Force Model and reporting diagrams.
