Where can I download my product or invoice?
Right after your registration as customer you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as the registration process is finished, you will be able to order products. Please do not worry, if you cannot download your product right after ordering at the online shop; you' ll receive a link to download products and invoices.

The download didn't work, what can I do?
First of all, please check your firewall or download manager. In case the download does not work due to the firewall or download manager, please contact your IT department; deactivate temporarily the firewall (don't forget to activate it again!) or try using a different computer.
Please feel free to forward detailed information about problems to our support team. We can always send the product by e-mail.

I can't open the ZIP folder, what can I do?
Most of our products and templates are compressed as ZIP folder (.zip).
If you work with Windows XP you can open the folder by clicking twice on it. When working with older versions or Apple-computers you can use additional tools like Stuffit Expander . If you still can't open the data (maybe the download wasn't completed), please try to download the product again from a different computer.

How can I get the invoice?
After purchasing a product, you'll receive an e-mail with a download link. To get to your download area, you have to log in at our website. Once you are loged in, you can download your invoice.
To download your order or invoice once again, you have to visit our website. Click at "My Login" and enter your e-mail address and password. If you don’t get to your download area immediately, please repeat the process.
