Diversity Management PPT Presentation

Diversity management is a sub-area of personnel management with the aim of using the diversity of employees to the advantage of the company. The term "diversity" is defined by ethnicity, religion, age, gender, disabilities or external characteristics. 

The aim is to create equal opportunities and to use the differences, cultural backgrounds and experiences of the employees for the benefit of the company. In the foreground of diversity management is the development of benefits for the company's success. In our PowerPoint presentations, we therefore differentiate the different approaches of diversity management according to the discrimination and fairness approach, access and legitimacy approach, as well as the integrative approach.
